Flat Cut

Flat cut lettering/logos can be formed from many different materials. Aluminium composite panels, Compressed PVC foam, Acrylic, MDF and polished/brushed stainless steel to mention a few. These are formed by using a flat sheet material and then processed through a CNC router or lazer cut to the desired design. These are then mounted directley to the facia/sign tray or applied to raised fixings to give the illusion of floating letters. To give your finished sign a added personal touch there are many powder coated colours or digitally printed effects to choose from.
